Alexander has worked in the financial services industry for the past 7 years. He is the consummate professional and passionate about delivering unparalleled customer outcomes for his clientele. As a property owner himself, he understands how important good advice and service is for his clients, whether it is their first home or fifth investment property.

Murray is a finance broker with significant general management and strategic sales experience. Murray has been working with high growth New Zealand Small and Medium businesses for over 20 years. During this time he has created strong, trusted and enduring customer relationships across a variety of industries, concluded major sales, run large teams and designed and managed a number of substantial business transformations.

Murray is also now an investor and director of a number of businesses numerous tech start-ups.

Jane works tirelessly for her clients and assists them to realise their dreams. Jane’s professional approach and can-do, will-do attitude means she is in high demand with her clients. Jane is currently an Ambassador for the Asia Pacific Trade Coalition based in Singapore, was the Australasian stakeholder keynote for the Trade Negotiations representing SME's across the region, more recently Jane acted as co-chair of the Australasian Woman in Small Business conference in Vietnam. On top of Jane’s vast achievements, she worked with Trade and Enterprise for 7 years, most notably as the digital representative for NZ Inc into the Middle East and most recently is an expert mentor at New Zealand Leader.

Brad has extensive lending experience in residential mortgages and has a strong desire to advocate for clients. After the Christchurch earthquakes, he saw hard working Kiwi’s having issues with lenders and immediately sought to address the imbalance between banks and their clients This is his mission and what he loves most about helping people. Dave heads up our Vega’ business division, he comes from a strong financial background in banking and capital raising.
Originally from Scotland he chased his kiwi lass over to New Zealand 10 years ago and they now raise their young family together in Christchurch.
Dave specialises in complex finance with structured funding solutions through a mixture of debt and private equity. Alongside this Dave has vast experience across all business funding vehicles including working capital solutions , trade finance and growth capital.
Dave is an active networker and runs local business events in Canterbury where he is based. Make sure you tune in to watch his online show “Market Intel” which interviews business advisors and leaders across New Zealand.
Outside of work Dave has keen interests in cooking , boxing and single malt whisky!

Sam is a Business Finance specialists and Business Sales Broker. Originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant, this gives Sam a unique set of skills to help Small and Medium businesses thrive.

Based in Christchurch, outside work you will find Sam in the gym , spending time with his family or enjoying a nice cold beer.

Alex graduated from the University of Canterbury with a BCom in Finance and Business Economics, He was part of the student investment committee and has a passion for corporate finance. A financial modelling expert, Alex looks to incorporate his skills in modelling to provide innovative funding solutions for his clients. Outside of work you will find Alex in the gym, playing social rugby or enjoying the South Island scenery on his motorcycle.

Andrew blends extensive experience in commercial lending with a passion for helping his clients to succeed, allowing him to provide outstanding advice. Andrew's considerable finance knowledge comes from more than 20 years in the banking and finance industry in both NZ and Australia, working with several different banks, with experience in commercial and business banking, where he was regularly awarded for his expertise and customer service.

Simon has over 18 years experience in financial services having held a number of Senior & Managerial roles within the Banking Industry and, most recently, as General Manager for a Non-Bank financier based in Auckland.
Simon’s passion is to help his clients achieve outcomes that they were told was not possible by their Bank. He does this by leveraging his experience in structuring complex ‘outside the box’ funding solutions and utilising his extensive network of Funders and Investors to create a tailored solution for his clients. Simon’s areas of expertise include; development finance, commercial & residential finance as well as SME funding solutions.
Outside of work you will find Simon at the Gym, spending time with his family or networking with a cold beer in hand.

On completing his studies at the University of Otago in Accounting and Finance, Tai received the opportunity to work in the finance team of a Seismic Data firm in Houston, Tx. There he gained valuable knowledge in corporate finance while building extensively on his modelling skills developed at University. At Vega, we leverage these skills to provide accurate and timely financial info to both clients and funders.

I’m responsible for the overall well-being of our company's operations, which includes oversight of Financial Information and Budgets, Ensuring that the day-to-day operations of our business runs smoothly. I also ensure our project milestones and key initiative milestones are met and I oversee the supervision of employees payroll and commission. Additionally, I ensure that all aspects of the efficient running of our business is met.

Alexandra is our Marketing Coordinator – having recently graduated she specialises in working collaboratively with our SEO provider, our digital content creators and ensures Vega marketing is on brand and message. Alexandra also creating a visual concepts for Instagram, publishing relevant visual content to increase interaction for target audiences and design advertising collateral to create awareness.
